Questions people ask before paying
What happens when I run out of pages?+
Conversions stop until the period resets or you move up a plan, and you are told which it is. Nothing is charged automatically for going over, and no page is silently billed at a higher rate.
Do unused pages roll over?+
No. The allowance resets at the start of each period. If your volume is uneven — a quiet month then a heavy one — the yearly plans are the cheaper way to absorb that, and moving up a plan takes effect immediately.
What counts as a page?+
A page of the PDF you upload, counted after the file is read. Failed conversions never count, and neither does a document we refuse because it is not a statement.
What happens if I cancel?+
Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, and your dashboard shows the date it ends rather than a renewal date. Nothing renews after that.
Do I need a card to try it?+
No. Three pages convert with no account at all, and a free account converts your first whole statement, up to ten pages. A card is only needed when you choose a paid plan.
What if it does not work on my bank’s statements?+
Ask for a refund within seven days of the charge and you get the whole amount back, as long as fewer than twenty pages have been converted since it — two or three real statements, enough to find out. This covers renewals too, so a subscription you meant to cancel and forgot is refundable on the same terms. Your dashboard shows the date the window closes and how many pages are left in it, so you never have to write and ask whether you still qualify.
Is there a discount for firms or high volume?+
The Business plan is already the cheapest per page at $0.015. Above 4,000 pages a month, write to us — a per-page price at that volume is a conversation, not a form.
