How N26 statements are handled

N26 statements are minimalist digital PDFs that extract with near-perfect accuracy.

Like every conversion on StatementSheet, the result is checked line by line: the running balance is recomputed across all transactions, and any row that does not reconcile is flagged in the preview and highlighted in your Excel download. You get Date, Description, Amount and Balance columns that open in Excel, Google Sheets or Xero, plus a separate three-column export for QuickBooks.

N26 converter FAQ

How do I download a statement PDF from N26?+

Log in to N26 online banking or the mobile app, open the Statements or Documents section, pick the period and download the statement as a PDF. Then drop that file into the converter above.

Can I convert a N26 statement to Excel for free?+

Yes. Create a free account and your first N26 statement (up to 10 pages) converts at no cost — no card required. Paid plans start at $15/month if you convert regularly.

Is it safe to upload a N26 statement?+

N26 statements are processed in memory and purged the moment your spreadsheet is ready. Nothing is stored: our database records only a page count and a timestamp, never your transactions.

Does it work with scanned or photographed N26 statements?+

Yes. The parser reads scans and photos too, and every conversion still runs the balance check so you can see exactly which rows need attention.

Which columns does the N26 export include?+

Date, Description, Amount and Balance, as Excel or CSV — and a separate three-column CSV for QuickBooks, which reads a fourth column as a debit and would otherwise import your running balance as money. Rows flagged by the balance check are highlighted in the Excel file.
